Universal Spiritualist Association

From: http://www.spiritualism.org/Intro/Intro.asp

"We are a non-denominational association teaching, preaching, and practicing the great religions, including Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, and Judaism; as well as the esoteric faiths of Esotericism, Native American Spirituality, Rosicrucianism, Spiritualism, Sufism, and Theosophy as a Serene Way of Life in a troubled world—a Pathway for the devotees and adherents of the Mystic, the Psychic, the New Age, the Metaphysical, and the Traditional. Our Tradition is the seeking of the good in all things as practiced by the Great Avatars of God, including the Buddha, Mohammed, and Jesus, The Christ—an example among many of love, compassion, truth, devotion and faith who leads us to the glory of the Creator, and is Himself the Way, the Truth, and the Life. We accept, practice and promulgate spiritual truths as recorded in the Holy Bible and all other Sacred Scriptures, and as manifested in the present day through mental and physical spiritual channeling, better known as mediumship.

The Universal Spiritualist Association draws upon the diverse experiences of its ever growing membership from around the world, whose expertise ranges from ministering in parishes; counseling in individual practices; healing holistically; teaching and lecturing on spiritual topics; as well as pursuing a wide variety of Spirit-related careers in a variety of industries which include publishing, education, law, social work, and administration-related positions. Many of our members are active in volunteer and community-based organizations throughout all facets of society."
